About the Role
Sagar Vitaceuticals Nigeria Limited, a leading name in the Nigerian healthcare and pharmaceutical industry known for trusted brands like Vitaclox, Vitacillin, and Inbu, is seeking a dedicated Production QMS Officer. Key Responsibilities- Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive document control systems.
- Handling quality deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control forms (CCFs).
- Coordinating systematic quality risk assessments (QRM) across production processes.
- Supporting validation documentation and ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Monitoring employee training records and driving a culture of regulatory compliance.
- Preparing the facility and documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Tracking key quality metrics to continuously improve manufacturing and operational processes.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit readiness procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in handling CAPA, deviations, and change control management.
