We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and contribute to our mission of helping people live longer and healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily manufacturing operations, including granulation, compression, coating, liquid filling, and packaging processes.
- Ensure all production activities strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output and efficiency to consistently meet set targets and timelines.
- Conduct thorough line clearances before and after every production batch to prevent cross-contamination.
- Review, verify, and authorize Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) accurately.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on the production floor.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Current practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production operations.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
