About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a premier, technology-driven home healthcare organization and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in seamlessly connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows. Our mission is to ensure clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized for every patient. We are currently expanding our clinical team and looking for four passionate Medical Doctors to help us redefine home-based healthcare standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for patients receiving home healthcare services.
- Deliver professional medical consultations and routine check-ups in home settings, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with digital coordinators, nurses, and caregivers to monitor ongoing patient care and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
- Maintain accurate, transparent, and up-to-date digital medical records through our proprietary healthcare coordination platform.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and recovery guidelines.
- Ensure all medical procedures adhere strictly to clinical safety standards and regulatory compliance frameworks in Nigeria.
- Possession of a valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic patient-care skills.
- Familiarity with digital health tools, telemedicine applications, or technology-driven healthcare platforms is a distinct advantage.
