About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled Nurses to fill four open slots and help us expand access to quality home medical care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional, compassionate, and personalized nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and follow prescribed medical care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and family members through our digital coordination platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records and care logs.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical interim support.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, hygiene, and wellness management.
- Possession of a valid MDCN license for registered nurses, or a recognized care-giving certificate.
- Proven clinical experience in home healthcare, hospitals, or specialized medical settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
- Ability to adapt to technology-driven workflows and digital healthcare platforms.
