We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Pharmacist to join our team in Nigeria, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing and community health impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, liquid filling, and packaging activities.
  • Ensure all production processes strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor production output and efficiency metrics to consistently meet set targets, schedules, and quality timelines.
  • Perform rigorous line clearance inspections before and after all manufacturing and packaging activities.
  • Review, verify, and authorize Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with quality control, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production bottlenecks and deviations promptly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies across the production floor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practicing license with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Production Pharmacist in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage production personnel effectively.
  • Excellent documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail regarding batch records.
