Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production floor operations to ensure seamless workflow execution and adherence to strict project timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing targeted coaching, mentorship, and training to boost overall productivity.
- Enforce stringent quality control standards and implement safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents and product defects.
- Analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks, waste reduction opportunities, and areas for continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance departments to resolve operational disruptions swiftly.
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing schedules and equipment utilization, to optimize operational expenditures.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality assurance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of driving high-performance cultures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in standard office productivity software.
