Key Responsibilities- Understudy experienced supervisors and production managers to acquire vital technical, operational, and leadership skills.
- Master all aspects of food production processes, including cooking, bakery, pastry, and related manufacturing workflows.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent high-quality output and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining world-class food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards across all production lines.
- Support production scheduling, inventory monitoring, and timely delivery of products to meet consumer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recipes, production techniques, and overall operational efficiency.
- Utilize production and inventory management software for accurate record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Maximum age limit of 27 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with production software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to food safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive work ethic.
