About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence. While our core roots involve specialized care services, we are expanding our operational capacity and currently seek a talented and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our furniture manufacturing line based in Yaba, Lagos. In this vital role, you will play a key part in bridging client requirements with expert craftsmanship, ensuring that every piece of furniture we produce reflects our unwavering commitment to superior quality, precision, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the furniture production line to ensure all client orders are executed strictly according to specifications and requirements.
- Produce accurate furniture sketches, blueprints, and ensure proper dimensions for all manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate, supervise, and liaise closely with artisans and workshop staff to guarantee seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement and coordination of all raw materials, maintaining optimal inventory and rigorous quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design, technical, and manufacturing problems efficiently as they arise on the production floor.
- Ensure all finished furniture products meet and exceed the company’s high-quality standards and client expectations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in furniture manufacturing, design, or production management.
- Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in Engineering, Architecture, Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills.
- Must reside within or around the Yaba axis in Lagos for easy accessibility to the workplace.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills to manage artisans effectively.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N300,000 to N350,000.
