About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Independently manage the entire bottled water and CSD production lines from raw material processing to final packaging.
- Organize and schedule daily production activities in strict alignment with established manufacturing schedules and company targets.
- Enforce stringent quality control and assurance standards throughout the production lifecycle to minimize waste and defects.
- Monitor manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks, optimize machine efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor operators and technical staff to foster a culture of safety and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations across all manufacturing units.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of cognate experience in beverage production, specifically managing bottled water and CSD lines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern manufacturing workflows, automated bottling machinery, and quality assurance protocols.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience managing diverse factory teams in a fast-paced environment.
