About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Operate fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment, such as Krones and Sidel machinery, in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production lines to prevent unexpected mechanical and electrical failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to maintain continuous factory operations.
- Monitor production processes, inspect finished outputs for quality defects, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the quality control and maintenance teams to uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate daily operational logs, shift reports, and equipment maintenance records.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operational and maintenance experience with fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment like Krones and Sidel.
- Sound technical knowledge and practical experience in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.
- Relevant certification, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or Trade Test in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of factory safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work effectively in shifts and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
