In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our operational success, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and maintaining our high standards of product excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire bottled water production line from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Organize daily production schedules in strict alignment with established industry benchmarks, company guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing workflows closely to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all bottled water products meet regulatory health and safety requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate floor staff to foster a culture of productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and reports regarding daily output, equipment performance, and material utilization.
- Proven professional experience as a Production Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the beverage or bottled water manufacturing sector.
- In-depth, hands-on familiarity with bottled water production processes, machinery, and plant workflows.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the proven ability to independently manage a complete production line.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail regarding quality control and safety protocols.
