Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire dairy beverage production line independently, ensuring seamless daily operations from raw material processing to final packaging.
- Organize and schedule production workflows in strict accordance with established company targets and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and enforce rigorous quality control standards to guarantee product safety, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and waste management reports to support operational analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in dairy beverage production processes and industrial workflows.
- Comprehensive understanding of dairy manufacturing machinery, quality assurance protocols, and food safety regulations.
