About the Role
Tútù Drinks is a vibrant Lagos-based beverage producer specializing in fresh, expertly balanced alcoholic and non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails for events and everyday enjoyment. We are currently seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our dynamic kitchen team, maintain exceptional quality standards, and streamline our daily manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop production schedules and delegate daily tasks efficiently to a team of five production staff members.
- Ensure strict adherence to approved recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage lines.
- Perform rigorous batch quality checks and make immediate decisions to rework or discard products that fail to meet our high standards.
- Maintain a pristine, hygienic, and safe production environment in compliance with industry health regulations.
- Communicate clear instructions, provide constructive feedback, and oversee outgoing order fulfillment and stock management.
- Completed secondary school education with strong reading, writing, and numerical literacy.
- 1+ years of proven experience in food or beverage production leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in recipe compliance, batch quality control, and workplace safety.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and logistics.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills with a proactive approach to feedback.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦180,000 – ₦200,000.
