About the Role
JIJEDAPT Human Resources Consult Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production & Fulfilment Supervisor (Laundry Supervisor) to oversee our laundry and cleaning operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring every customer order progresses seamlessly from receipt to delivery, maintaining our high standards of quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production and fulfilment activities to achieve operational targets and service delivery schedules.
- Oversee garment inspection, quality control, packaging, and order fulfilment while minimizing rework, losses, and customer complaints.
- Supervise the effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and production materials, while coordinating preventive maintenance.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate production personnel including laundry technicians, dry cleaning operators, and finishing staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Prepare periodic production and performance reports for management to support continuous business improvement.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Must have 7 to 10 years of proven experience in laundry operations, production supervision, or service operations.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, coaching, and team development.
- Strong competencies in production planning, quality assurance, equipment management, and problem-solving.
