We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations / Security Manager to join our esteemed team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee our security operations, manage guard forces, and ensure the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, supervise, and deploy security guards effectively across various client locations.
- Conduct comprehensive high-risk assessments and evaluate potential security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement robust manning structures tailored to specific client needs.
- Prepare and deliver detailed operational reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients to maintain strong partnerships and continuously improve service delivery.
- Proven professional experience in security management and guard force administration.
- Strong ability to conduct high-risk evaluations and develop tactical manning structures.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detailed reporting skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams.
- A degree in security management, criminology, or a related field is an added advantage.
