We are recruiting a results-driven Production Coordinator to join our client's dynamic plastic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily production activities, optimize workflow efficiency across the production floor, and ensure successful achievement of production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation
- Liaise between production staff, management, and other departments
- Support production planning and scheduling using ERP systems
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and workflow issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the production floor
- Track inventory, materials, and equipment requirements
- Assist in training and supporting production team members
- HND minimum in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of production coordination experience in manufacturing
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing (advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office 365
- Strong understanding of production planning and coordination
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in floor-based production roles
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
