About the Role
Dios Dlite is a vibrant yogurt bar offering a wide range of healthy, guilt-free product offerings. We are currently looking for a dynamic Production and Quality Manager to oversee our end-to-end factory operations, ensure exceptional product quality, and drive efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead production planning, quality assurance, inventory coordination, and team performance to achieve business targets while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to minimize downtime and waste.
- Enforce quality management systems including GMP, HACCP, and strict food safety standards.
- Oversee inventory coordination, ensuring raw material availability and accurate stock reconciliation.
- Maintain audit-ready factory environments by enforcing hygiene protocols, sanitation schedules, and PPE compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production, QC, inventory, and hygiene staff.
- Ensure all operational activities, logs, and ERP data are accurately documented and updated timely.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in food manufacturing and quality control.
- BSc Degree in Food Science or Food and Nutrition.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 4 years in food manufacturing.
- At least 4 years of proven leadership and management experience.
- Relevant professional certifications such as HACCP or CPFM.
- Strong expertise in food safety regulations, GMP, and production operations.
