About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a strategic and innovative Product & Project Manager – AI & Digitalization to lead our upcoming digital and AI transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between Marketing, Technology, Data, and Product teams, translating business requirements into scalable, high-impact digital products, automation workflows, and AI-driven processes. Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, user stories, and roadmapping to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions for content creation, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, evaluate product performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and external partners.
- Develop change management, training, and user adoption plans to foster a culture of digital innovation.
- Ensure all AI and digital initiatives comply with data protection regulations, company policies, and security standards.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Marketing Technology.
- Proven track record of managing digital products and deploying AI or automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management and agile methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Product Management are a distinct advantage.
