About the Role
Seven Up Bottling Company, a legendary global leader in refreshing beverages and consumer goods, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to take complete ownership of Beta Padi. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs, commercial priorities, operational processes, security requirements, and cutting-edge technology delivery. You will guide the evolution of our mobile application, payments ecosystem, SAP integration, and delivery workflows, ensuring we continue to innovate and delight our B2B and consumer markets across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the comprehensive product vision, strategic roadmap, backlog, and measurable success metrics for Beta Padi.
- Conduct thorough market and user research to understand internal and external user needs, continuously optimizing end-to-end customer journeys.
- Lead discovery sessions, define detailed requirements, manage sprint and release planning, and coordinate pilots with engineering, UX, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, SAP, and business stakeholders.
- Define robust product analytics frameworks to monitor user adoption, conversion rates, retention, user satisfaction, and system reliability.
- Embed critical security, data privacy, fraud-prevention protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements directly into the product lifecycle.
- Manage operational service expectations, handle incident resolutions, oversee comprehensive documentation, deliver team training, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven product management, digital product ownership, or business analysis experience, preferably within FMCG, B2B commerce, payments, or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated expertise working with supply chains, SAP/ERP integrations, OTP/KYC/virtual accounts, mobile security, privacy, accessibility, and product localization.
- Proven track record of managing customer-facing mobile or web products using Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong capabilities in developing product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, analytics models, and managing complex API integrations.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
