As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic Consulting and Digital Services team in Nigeria. In this impactful role, you will lead end-to-end ERP implementations, oversee project delivery, guide functional and technical consultants, and ensure that cutting-edge solutions align seamlessly with our clients business requirements and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, managing the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Conduct thorough business process reviews, fit-gap analysis, and ERP configuration to deliver solutions that precisely match client needs.
- Oversee functional and technical consultants, ensuring exceptional quality across system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and user training.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and accurate project estimations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous development of internal implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on ERP consulting experience, with proven exposure to major platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in delivering at least three full-lifecycle ERP implementations, including two roles in a lead or managerial capacity.
- Relevant ERP implementation certifications and project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Strong expertise in core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with a willingness to travel to client sites when required.
