About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing team and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our cutting-edge software products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, user experience, and technical execution, ensuring we continuously deliver exceptional value to our clients across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and UI/UX design teams using Agile methodologies to build scalable software.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage and groom the product backlog to ensure a steady, high-quality stream of deliverable features.
- Communicate product updates, release notes, and strategic milestones effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven product management experience within the technology or software development sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products from scratch.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong technical aptitude enabling seamless collaboration with software engineering teams.
