About the Role
Pagatech is on a mission to make it simple for 1 billion people to access and use money across Africa and beyond. We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our distributed Product Development group. In this role, you will own the lifecycle of key products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams in Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Mexico to deliver exceptional financial services to millions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end product development activities including ideation, feature specification, design feedback, and post-deployment curation.
- Drive strategic and tactical decision-making for products and features within your assigned purview.
- Engage directly with end-users, internal stakeholders, and marketing teams to continuously refine the product vision.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative product performance data to improve product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with industry and ecosystem partners to accomplish strategic product goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management or related product development experience.
- Proven hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and consumer-centric design empathy.
