About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telco Project / Product Manager to join our innovative team in Nigeria. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical software development and strategic product delivery, ensuring our telecommunications solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly configuration and issue resolution records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a minimum issue resolution rate between 85% to 90% by the end of each month, implementing proactive measures for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to enhancing customer engagement and retention features within products by optimizing customer touchpoints with relevant and compelling content.
- Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives for new and existing products.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to boost productivity and elevate product quality.
- Promptly address escalated issues involving the product team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team regarding product and partner updates.
- Provide comprehensive product management and support, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to retirement, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or Business Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a Project Management role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Mandatory background working in a software development environment or liaising with Software Developers.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with JIRA experience as an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks and manage effective teams.
