We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer who thinks beyond individual screens to build comprehensive financial solutions that empower our users.
Key Responsibilities- Own the complete product design lifecycle from initial problem definition to production and post-launch optimization.
- Translate complex business goals and product requirements into seamless, intuitive user flows for web and mobile platforms.
- Anticipate and design for edge cases, error states, loading scenarios, and validation processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers throughout the implementation phase, including design QA.
- Contribute to and continuously evolve the company design system to maintain UI and UX consistency.
- Leverage user research, analytics data, and AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and informed decision-making.
- Proven product thinking skills with a deep understanding of end-to-end design systems and complex workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of consumer or enterprise digital products from concept to launch.
- Ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, constraints, and measurable post-launch impacts clearly.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools alongside a strong collaborative mindset.
