About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional design solutions for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Produce accurate 2D and 3D designs and engaging presentations using industry-standard architectural software.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, measurements, and structural assessments.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction works to ensure strict compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Review materials, finishes, and intricate construction details.
  • Assist with project planning, documentation, and coordination from the initial concept through final completion.
  • Identify design or construction challenges and propose effective, practical solutions.
  • Ensure all projects strictly comply with relevant Nigerian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • B.Arch or M.Arch degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Professional qualification or active registration with ARCON is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other essential architectural design software.
  • Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or Photoshop is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of modern construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong academic and practical background, with graduates of Covenant University or UNILAG preferred.
