We are currently looking for a talented Growth & Insights Lead to join our innovative team and spearhead data-driven strategies that accelerate client success and internal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and databases completely from scratch to track key growth metrics.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable business insights, identify market trends, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to drive strategic initiatives, business operations, and fundraising efforts.
- Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize advanced data tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and support evidence-based decision-making.
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Fundraising, or Nonprofit Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build databases, reports, and dashboards from the ground up (0 to 1).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with a major advantage in using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, alongside strong CRM knowledge.
- Exceptional analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
