About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Identify potential subcontractors through targeted market research and comprehensive supplier evaluation.
- Issue and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) in standard formats.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals, analyzing pricing, capabilities, qualifications, and technical bid evaluations (TBE).
- Negotiate subcontract terms, conditions, and pricing with selected vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review, approve, and maintain accurate subcontract agreements and associated documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage changes in subcontract scope, schedule, and costs while tracking expenditures against budgeted targets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation within procurement operations.
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) for all terms and conditions and submit them for necessary internal approvals.
- Support the Estimations Department during the bidding phase and execute other relevant tasks assigned by the Procurement and Subcontracts Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, subcontracting, or vendor management, preferably within the oil and gas or EPC sector.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in evaluating technical and commercial bids.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
