About the Role
Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa) is a dynamic, non-governmental humanitarian and developmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations across Africa. As part of our ongoing community empowerment programs, we are officially soliciting competitive bids from experienced and reputable vendors for the supply of high-quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Starter Kits. This procurement tender aims to support sustainable livelihoods and economic self-reliance in Borno, Yobe, and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities- Procure and supply high-grade TVET Starter Kits strictly in accordance with GHIV Africa specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of all procured items to the designated GHIV Africa office location in Maiduguri, Borno State.
- Maintain clear documentation, including quotations on company letterheads, signed and stamped by authorized representatives.
- Ensure all submitted bids and packages are properly sealed and delivered physically before the stipulated tender deadline.
- Collaborate with the GHIV Africa procurement team during bid evaluation and contract finalization processes.
- Proven track record and verifiable previous experience in successfully delivering TVET starter kits or similar humanitarian procurement projects.
- Full compliance with Nigerian government and donor regulations, including valid tax clearance certificates for the previous year.
- Clean corporate record with absolute non-involvement in fraudulent activities or terrorism-related issues.
- Ability to provide company registration documents, valid means of identification for company representatives, and complete bidding paperwork.
- Local presence or operational capacity in Borno and Yobe states is strongly preferred.
