Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers, ensuring strict compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
  • Negotiate favorable contract terms, competitive pricing, and optimal payment schedules to secure the best value for ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Monitor inventory stock levels of raw materials, collaborating closely with production teams to forecast accurate demand and prevent material shortages.
  • Analyze market trends, commodity price fluctuations for agricultural products, and supplier performance to drive data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance teams to inspect and verify that all incoming raw materials meet the company's rigorous quality standards.
  • Process accurate purchase orders, verify supplier invoices, and maintain comprehensive procurement records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in procurement within a manufacturing setup, preferably in food or snack production.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market data and forecast inventory needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
