About the Role
Raybond Technical Limited is a leading total engineering solutions provider fully backed by premier European equipment manufacturers. With over a decade of expertise serving cement, sugar, oil and gas, and FMCG industries, we are expanding our supply chain team and looking for a dedicated Procurement Engineer to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Source high-quality raw materials, engineering spare parts, and industrial equipment from trusted local and international vendors.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), evaluate supplier bids, and develop detailed procurement comparison sheets.
- Review supplier technical submissions, datasheets, and drawings to ensure strict compliance with client and operational standards.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Monitor purchase order statuses, coordinate logistics and quality inspections, and expedite critical deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, update supplier databases, and generate performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven procurement and supply chain experience, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong foundational knowledge of engineering specifications, procurement documentation, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
