About the Role
IOTA Group, a trusted global Swiss HR and technical assistance partner, is currently seeking a skilled Project Engineer - Transportation & Installation (T&I) on a residential basis in Nigeria. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to major offshore energy and infrastructure projects while working with a leading multinational workforce solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate technical dossiers and manage interface documents for seamless operational preparation.
- Monitor project planning and offshore progress, highlighting any potential threats or deviations to the offshore manager.
- Prepare and participate in ARO, RLO, and ROC reviews, ensuring robust compensatory measures are implemented.
- Coordinate operational logistics with transit departments and oversee the acceptance of goods and services.
- Issue comprehensive daily and periodic progress reports, ensuring timely identification and resolution of technical queries.
- Contribute to close-out dossiers, as-built documentation, and lesson-learnt record sheets (REX) to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering with a strong grasp of industry technical rules and standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in oil and gas, focusing on offshore engineering and construction.
- Proven expertise in contractor management, technical query resolution, and interface coordination across engineering and commissioning phases.
- Valid offshore certifications including BOSIET/HUET, offshore medical fitness, and GSES certification for Company Representatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of offshore HSE requirements and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
