About the Role
Chemiron International Limited, a renowned household brand in healthcare and nutritional supplements established in 1987, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing superior-quality healthcare products that deliver real health value to our consumers across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, evaluate, and improve ongoing production processes to maximize efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and safe chemical handling procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line and implement effective, data-driven corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and logistics to meet company manufacturing targets.
- Conduct research and contribute to process optimization and the scaling up of new healthcare supplement formulations.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of chemical engineering processes, unit operations, and industrial production workflows.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Must be resident in Agbara or its immediate environs.
