About the Role
Unified Payment Services Limited (UP), Nigeria's premier financial technology company founded in 1997, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Processing and Switching Officer. In this role, you will drive the technical implementation of innovative business solutions, support our flagship Payattitude products, and ensure seamless system integration to deliver exceptional value to banks and customers across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Provide robust technical implementation and support for Payattitude (Prepaid, Debit, and Digital).
- Analyze user requirements, conduct system integration, and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
- Perform transaction testing with partner banks and validate product functionalities.
- Ensure full documentation, standardization, and operational support for all processes and systems.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery to achieve excellent internal and external customer satisfaction ratings.
- First Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in software support, fintech operations, or electronic payments.
- Professional certifications in RDBMS Database, Project Management, or Business Analysis are distinct advantages.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT, basic SQL proficiency, and exceptional issue-resolution skills.
