Key Responsibilities- Lead curriculum development and implementation in Mass Communication programmes
- Deliver quality lectures and practical training in mass communication courses
- Supervise and mentor junior lecturers and teaching assistants
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
- Coordinate departmental academic activities and student projects
- Ensure compliance with NBTE standards and accreditation requirements
- Participate in curriculum review and enhancement initiatives
- Mentor students in their academic and professional development
- Master's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional teaching experience
- Proven expertise in mass communication, journalism, broadcasting, or media production
- Strong understanding of NBTE curriculum standards
