About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Principal AI Architect to act as our technical authority, ensuring every AI product we ship carries an architectural signature of high security, rigorous evaluation, and economic efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Establish reference architecture and standards for multi-tenant, agentic, Azure-native products including identity, observability, and evaluation-gated releases.
- Conduct architecture and evaluation reviews for every venture from solution validation to deployment.
- Lead the technical spine of our academy by teaching core foundations, agent-engineering, and trust modules.
- Drive unit economics by enforcing cost-per-run telemetry and consumption-aware design on every build from day one.
- Ensure responsible AI and security by design, keeping products shippable in highly regulated sectors.
- Architect products to qualify as transactable cloud-marketplace offers with full certification.
- Remain hands-on to tackle complex integrations, failing evaluations, and critical incident resolutions.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with principal or staff-level scope in mission-critical systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems, LLM-powered products, or autonomous agents with a focus on guardrails and cost management.
- Deep, current expertise in the Microsoft AI stack, Azure architecture, agent platforms, identity management, and data governance.
- Extensive experience designing multi-tenant SaaS architecture with integrated security, isolation, and metering.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentorship, and technical leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Experience delivering solutions into regulated industries such as financial services, energy, or healthcare is a strong advantage.
