Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum and scheme of work.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, continuous assessments, and examinations.
- Monitor and record pupils' academic progress, attendance, and general behavioral development.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment that encourages discipline and confidence.
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding student welfare and academic performance.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues and management during staff meetings and school extracurricular events.
- Possession of NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, specifically Primary 4.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian primary education curriculum and child-centred methodologies.
- Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of patience, empathy, punctuality, and commitment to Christian values.
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and modern lesson delivery.
