Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective primary school lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive and safe atmosphere for all students.
- Assess, record, and monitor students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Inculcate strong moral and ethical values in students, aligning with the ethos of Al-Ihsan Islamic School.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of relevant educational qualifications (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc.Ed, or equivalent) in Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with young learners.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern classroom management techniques.
- A strong commitment to fostering both the academic success and moral development of students.
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a dynamic team.
- Possession of recognized teaching certifications is an added advantage and strongly encouraged.
