Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support the holistic development of every child.
- Implement modern teaching aids, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the school's high standards of discipline and moral character.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, such as an NCE, B.Ed., or B.Sc. in Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting.
