Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in alignment with both the Nigerian and British curricula.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of primary school students.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom management environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Incorporate phonics and early childhood education best practices into daily classroom activities.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or a relevant teaching certification.
- Prior teaching experience in Nursery or Primary education will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of phonics and modern early childhood education methodologies.
- Familiarity with the British and Nigerian educational curricula.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
