About the Role
Rainbow Educational Services Limited (RESL) is a leading education management company operating premier K-12 schools in Nigeria, including Pampers Private School and Rainbow College. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact on student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Support in planning, preparing, and delivering purposeful and productive lessons to assigned classes
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create imaginatively varied teaching approaches that inspire and engage pupils
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for subjects and create a positive, encouraging learning environment
- Assist in marking student work according to departmental and school marking policies
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of academic progress
- Contribute to classroom management and student welfare initiatives
- Relevant teaching certification, diploma, or degree in education or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
- Exceptional patience, enthusiasm, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning
- Nigerian teaching credential or equivalent qualification preferred
