Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, effective, and well-structured lessons in assigned primary school subjects.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes and creative instructional materials to enhance learning.
- Assess, record, and monitor students’ academic progress and behavioral development.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline, creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic student growth.
- Contribute positively to the school’s core academic, extracurricular, and moral objectives.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Demonstrated strong subject knowledge and effective pedagogical skills for primary education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong classroom management abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of educators and engage constructively with parents.
- Previous teaching experience within a recognized primary school setting will be an added advantage.
- Must reside within Asaba, Delta State, or be willing to relocate prior to resumption.
