Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to plan school events and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and academic performance.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting.
