Lovebeams Educational Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Yoruba Language Teacher to join our dedicated academic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing students' appreciation for the Yoruba language, literature, and rich cultural heritage by delivering inspiring and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Yoruba language curriculum tailored to different grade levels.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction that promotes reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Yoruba.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Organize cultural activities, events, and school programs that celebrate Yoruba traditions and history.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment conducive to student success.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to discuss student development and academic performance.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Yoruba Language, Education, Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Deep understanding of Yoruba grammar, literature, customs, and pedagogy.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
