Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred Mathematics lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of primary school students.
- Apply effective and innovative teaching methods that promote active learning, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and document students' academic progress consistently, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, school management, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages effective learning and active participation.
- Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- 2 to 10 years of relevant teaching experience, specifically at the primary school level.
- Valid TRCN certification or verifiable evidence of ongoing TRCN registration.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver results-oriented lessons.
- Strong classroom management skills with a proven capacity to engage and motivate young learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
