Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing daily classroom activities. Your core duties will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of age-appropriate learning and play-based activities for nursery students.
  • Monitoring student progress, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
  • Helping to manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management strategies effectively.
  • Collaborating with lead teachers and parents to support the holistic development and well-being of every child.
  • Preparing instructional materials, maintaining classroom organization, and upholding school safety standards.
Qualifications

  • Must possess a recognized qualification in Education, such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
