Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student academic progress and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance teaching methods and school programs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student performance and developmental milestones.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or a relevant academic qualification in education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong classroom management abilities.
- Deep passion for teaching, child development, and shaping young, responsible minds.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must reside in Bucknor, Isheri, Ijegun, and surrounding areas for easy commute.
