In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive daily lesson plans aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents regularly.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while implementing creative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to support holistic child development and school events.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification such as an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or BA in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a primary school teacher in a reputable educational institution.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood and primary education.
