Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons aligned with the approved school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry-based learning.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support individual academic growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations through targeted revision and practical demonstrations.
- Participate actively in school events, science fairs, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance the overall quality of the science department.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or relevant degree in a science discipline.
- A recognized teaching certification (such as TRCN) is a strong added advantage.
- Proven experience teaching science subjects within a reputable primary or high school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
