We are currently seeking a dedicated, energetic, and professional Early Years / Nursery Teacher to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment that encourages the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our youngest learners, laying a solid foundation for their future academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and learning.
- Monitor, assess, and record each child's progress, developmental milestones, and learning outcomes.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication regarding their child's development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Organize creative activities and educational play to support fine motor skills, language development, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the overall nursery school program.
- Candidates should possess a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a nursery or early years teacher in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong passion for child development and early childhood education.
