Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student safety.
- Create, prepare, and distribute engaging educational content including lesson notes, summaries, and creative assignments.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress consistently while providing constructive grades and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to support school-wide events, curriculum improvements, and student development plans.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their children's progress and behavioral development.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of hands-on teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communicability, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage young learners effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage classroom behavior and lesson schedules efficiently.
